A severe back injury from a fall left him in pain for months, and he feared he might never play again. Chiropractic care not only rehabilitated his injury but also reignited his passion for sports.

Dr. Alvarado recalls, "I thought I was going to stop playing sports, which is a big part of my life. One of my coaches told me about chiropractic care and how it could help my case. After a three-month corrective care plan, I slowly started going back to my regular activities and playing sports. This transformed my life, and shortly after that, I decided I wanted to help more people in similar situations."

This transformative experience inspired Dr. Alvarado to pursue a career that combines sports and medicine, dedicating his life to helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle. Initially, he wanted to pursue a career in physical therapy due to his sports background, but while in Dallas, he started working alongside Dr. Bryan Weddle, a respected chiropractor who significantly influenced his decision to enter chiropractic school. Working under him taught Dr. Alvarado how to care for patients and guide them toward a healthier lifestyle.

After completing chiropractic school, Dr. Alvarado began seeking new opportunities and challenges in his career, with the goal of helping patients from all around the world. This led him to New York, where he embarked on a journey of advocating for chiropractic care. Dr. Tabick entrusted him with a position in his practice and became his mentor, teaching him the "Brainstem Specific" technique. Dr. Alvarado recalls, "Working for Dr. Tabick has been a life-changing experience in both my professional and personal life."

Incorporating the "Brainstem Specific" technique along with exercise therapy and soft tissue manipulation, Dr. Alvarado creates a balanced approach tailored to what the body needs for complete correction of the spinal cord.

Fluent in Spanish and embracing both cultures, Dr. Alvarado provides compassionate care to a diverse patient base. Married for three years, he and his wife share their home with two beloved pugs. Dr. Alvarado's mission is to serve as many people as possible, helping them achieve better health and well-being.
